Found Record Store & Pizzeria is a project of like-minded people, combining a pizzeria, a vinyl record store and a cozy area for thoughtful listening to music on audiophile equipment.

Inspired by the concept of Japanese and European "listening rooms", friends and professionals from different industries - restaurant and music - combined in one space two important and basic aspects of their lives - Food and Sound.

Chef Mirlan Aleshov (a student of Italian chef Andrea Galli) is in charge of the kitchen at Found Record Store & Pizzeria.
The menu features Italian comfort food: more than 15 types of Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, handmade pasta, risotto, soups, appetizers, salads, josper dishes and desserts.

Every morning until 12:00 we offer special breakfast menu.
DELIVERY works every day from 12:00 to 22:30

The musical concept is in the capable hands of Anya Karmanova (All Styles All Smiles by Javybz on NTS radio, Enthusiast Records, RBMF 2018 & 2019) and Artem Krapivin (former music editor of Radio Culture, Enthusiast Records). The high end sound system consists of custom speakers and a Condesa rotary mixer from Australia. The store occupies 1/3 of the Found Record Store & Pizzeria area and is an integral part of the project. The store has two comfortable intimate booths for records listening, a shelf with musical literature and a rack with merch. On Fridays and Saturdays, DJs and selectors play with impressive collections; once a month, mini-live events in the Tiny Desk style take place in the listening room.

Chief bartender Sergey Zhigalov (Vision, DOME, PPL, Keanu, BRIX, Motel, Berlin) is responsible for the bar.

Sergey has compiled a cocktail menu focused at gastronomy: simple mixes and classic twists using only organic ingredients.

The coffee menu is created by Natalya Gorshkova, a prize-winner of Russian coffee championships, part of the team of coffee importer Cocar Inc.

For Found, Natalya has developed a conceptual menu that includes both classic and seasonal signature coffee drinks - all about freshness and lightness.
